• 2 years most recent W-2’s
  
• 2 years most recent federal tax return & all schedules
  
• 2 months most recent asset accounts.

  - c. Investment/Retirement account statements
• Landlord contact information (if currently renting)
  
• Current mortgage statement (refinance loans only)
